Shipping policy

Pumpkin Creek Ranch offers flat rate delivery ($15) from Wellington to Denver for all orders at/over $139.99. Local same-day delivery goes out every Thursday for all orders placed before 2 P.M. MST the day before.  All national orders are shipped on Mondays. Pumpkin Creek Ranch does not ship or deliver on weekends.

PACKAGING

To maintain the highest quality, our products are individually vacuum sealed in air-tight packaging, perfectly aged, and flash frozen. To help ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, each order shipped via UPS or courier-delivered is placed in a curbside recyclable box lined with biodegradable, recyclable insulation.

ORDER TRACKING

You will be automatically emailed or texted tracking details as your order is processed.

SHIPPING RATES

All qualifying local deliveries are $15.00, as stated above, within our normal delivery area. Outside of the Colorado Front Range, discounted UPS Express services are available for all orders at/over $139.99. Since our product is perishable and thus time sensitive, we reserve the right to override the selected shipping option for situations such as weather changes (which can alter thaw times). In all cases, any changes will be communicated to the customer.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via UPS or USPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number. This email will also indicate which carrier is delivering the package.

With the aforementioned limitations, we deliver within the United States except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories. Currently, we cannot process international orders or deliver to PO and APO/FPO Boxes.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping is shipped ground and will take 1 to 4 days, based on the delivery address. Please call if your shipment is time-sensitive in terms of your receive-by date. 

SHIPPING NOTES

Pumpkin Creek Ranch attempts to fulfill orders based on the customer's requested ship date; however, holidays and unforeseen circumstances can force exceptions to delivery. Below are important shipping notes to keep in mind when placing your order.

All shipments require a street address (sorry, no PO boxes).

Pumpkin Creek Ranch is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Be sure to double-check addresses.

Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed.

Pumpkin Creek Ranch is not responsible for shipment delays caused by unpredictable weather conditions.

Many of our larger cuts (over 4 pounds) can take 1-3 days to thaw completely;  plan accordingly and schedule shipments to allow for thawing.

Be sure to double-check gift recipient addresses.

The billing customer is responsible to make sure the gift recipient is available for delivery.
