09:21 - 09:38
Agrinnovation 2025 isn't just another conference; it's a call for anyone who cares about the future of food and our planet. We've got a jam-packed lineup of talks, panels, networking events, and exhibitions that'll explore the trends and cutting-edge of ag-tech, from AI-powered algorithm to gene-editing to carbon-capturing crops. So why did we choose the theme "The Latest Tech & Trends in Farming That Can Disrupt the Industry (Or Too Good to Be True?)"? Well, we're not afraid to ask the tough questions and challenge the status quo. We want to know if this new tech is actually going to help farmers and the planet, or if it's just a bunch of hype, and figure out what's really worth investing in.

Forget robot takeovers, AI in agriculture is about growing smarter! Imagine drone bodyguards for crops, algorithms predicting skyrocketing yields, and farmhand apps whispering planting secrets. This isn't hype – the global AI ag-tech market is projected to reach $10.2 billion by 2032, with potential farm yield boosts worldwide. But is AI a real helping hand or just complication? Can even traditional farmers join the revolution? We'll separate the game-changers from the hype, exploring real-world applications of AI and its potential to transform farming as we know it. Buckle up!
AGRI-STAGE | TALKS
14:45 - 15:20
Dig in! We're dishing the dirt on regenerative agriculture: the hot new trend promising to heal the planet, fatten wallets, and feed communities. But is it a miracle cure or greenwashed marketing? We're separating fact from fiction to see if this "spa day for Mother Earth" can become mainstream in Indonesia. Buckle up for mind-blowing info and a newfound respect for good ol' dirt!
AGRI-STAGE | TALKS
15:20 - 15:50
Indonesia's massive farms are spewing carbon, but a green revolution is brewing! Think of it as a profitable detox for the planet. We're diving into the wild world of carbon markets, where farmers can become climate warriors (capes optional) by sucking 289 million tons of CO2 from the air – enough to offset a ton of pollution. We'll expose the controversies and debate the future of carbon farming in Indonesia. Spoiler alert: it's gonna get messy!
AGRI-STAGE | TALKS
15:50 - 16:20
Indonesia's farms face a perfect storm: plummeting yields, pest explosions, and a wild climate. But fear not! Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) could be agriculture's armor. We already import tons of GMO soy – could growing our own be the answer? Let's dissect the science, confront the controversies, and decide: super-solution or recipe for trouble? Join us for the GMO discussion!
AGRI-STAGE | TALKS
16.20 - 16.50 WIB
Fertilizer is one of the key inputs in enhancing agricultural productivity. The Indonesian government has been providing subsidized fertilizer to farmers since 1969, yet every year, issues related to distribution and scarcity continue to persist in the delivery of subsidized fertilizer. Why does this remain an ongoing issue? In this panel, we will explore the transformation of fertilizer subsidies that began in 2023. Key steps include the integration of recipient data and fertilizer distribution, the shift from subsidizing goods to providing direct subsidies to farmers, as well as the use of farmer cards and ID cards for redeeming fertilizer, which will also be discussed in greater depth.
AGRI-STAGE | TALKS
16:50 - 17:30
Is Indonesia's agricultural future fertile ground or a barren wasteland? Join the grand finale as we dissect the challenges and potential of Indonesian agriculture. Can we bridge the gap between sky-high potential and stagnant yields, grumpy farmers, and a volatile climate? We'll explore farmer mindsets, tech adoption, and the key factors that will determine the fate of Indonesian food security.
Grab a coffee (or tea) and let's cultivate a sustainable future together!
Established in 2015, Yayasan Edu Farmers Internasional (EFI) is a non-profit organization devoted to propelling Indonesian agriculture forward. We achieve this by not only improving farmer well-being but also cultivating a new generation of young agricultural talent. Recognizing the link between agriculture and nutrition, we expanded our focus in 2021 to assist the government in tackling stunting rates.
